A new contest from Travel Alberta and Big Valley Jamboree will give one small town in Alberta the opportunity to showcase itself as a travel destination while residents and visitors enjoy their own concert with country headliner Dean Brody and a songwriters’ circle hosted by Aaron Lines.

LASC Swim Club is hosting their annual new year Free Trial Week, Monday January 9th through Friday January 13th at the newly renovated Max Bell Pool located at the University of Lethbridge.  This week gives swimmers of all abilities and ages a chance to come and try a night, or more, with the club.

Monday, Dec. 19 began another skating season at Kootenai Brown Pioneer Village (KBPV). For the second year there will be a Village Pond, just to the east of the back gates.
