Premier Tech wins Swift Current Curling Club Super League championship

The Premier Tech rink, skipped by Dean James, is the champions of the 2016 Winter Innovation Super League.

 

Premier Tech (Skip Dean James, Third Wayne Oakman, Second Brendan Ross, Lead Richard Cuthbert, Fifth Brian Wiens) defeated Scotiabank (Lenz) in the A event final of the Swift Current Curling Club Innovation Credit Union Super League on Wednesday, March 9, 2016, to claim the title.

Below are the results from the Super League games on March 9:

Premier Tech (James) defeated Scotiabank (Lenz) – A Event

Westax/WW Smith (Kirkpatrick) defeated Choice Driving School (Quintin) – B Event

Swift Plumbing (Wicks) defeated Maximum Energy (Fraser) – C Event

Seidler defeated Hadden – C Event

The Innovation Credit Union Super League competes on Thursday evenings. League play began on January 7, 2016 and playoffs for the January to March section started on February 25, 2016 and concluded on March 9, 2016.
