The 15U Jr. SunDogs girls finished up the club volleyball season with a wind up they won’t forget earlier this summer.

The competitive team engaged in some friendly warfare on the paintball field and had a beautiful, sunny day to work with.
They went three rounds against the competing team and while hitting many of their targets took several hits as well. They had a great time developing and strategizing their game plans.
They shared a lot of laughs, screams and of course shots.
Coach Mike Carefoot who never left the court during the club volleyball season continued his dedication on the paintball field where he also took several shots.
Coaches Carefoot and Mike Ruus offered a lot of time and energy to train and motivate these girls towards athletic growth.
On the court, the girls improved both individually and as a team; this earned them third place in Tier 2 provincially.
This competitive team of girls had an impressive season of volleyball and it was fabulous that they were able to finish up the season together as a team.
