Swift Current Stingrays play host to South Semi Finals swim meet

The Swift Current ACT/UCT Stingrays Summer Swim Club hosted the South Semi Finals swim meet at the Fairview Pool, July 18.


A total of 163 swimmers from eight teams competed in the event to qualify for the provincial summer swimming finals in Biggar on July 25 and 26. The 31 Swift Current swimmers had a successful event and finished in second place in the team competition with 384 points with the Estevan Golden Eels in first spot with 557 points and the Regina Piranhas in third place with 276 points.
Below are the results for Stingrays swimmers who placed in the top six of different events.
Boys 7-8 years:
