The Millar Edge Basketball teams are resting comfortably after a busy and extremely successful season.

There were seven teams competing for the provincial college titles this year in the Prairie Athletic Conference, which were held at Saskatchewan Polytechnic Moose Jaw.
With the men it came down to the home team taking on the Edge for the provincial title.
The Panthers had been close in all of their outings against the Edge and this game would be no different. Millar maintained their clean record though and a score of 78-69 earned them the provincial championship banner.
The women’s division had rivals Great Plains College meet Millar College.
The Edge and the Sundogs took the court four times during the season which Millar’s record was 3-1. The Sundogs improved every time they played and gave the Edge a very good game at provincials. The Edge won by only two points, 51-49.
The Edge women’s team also took home the bronze in the Alberta Colleges Athletic League a week earlier, after defeating Ambrose University from Calgary 60-44.
