AA Peewees earn second place finish in PA

The Swift Current AA Peewee Broncos came close but in the end dropped the A final championship at a tournament in Prince Albert.

The Broncos were on the wrong end of a 5-3 score against Warman. Hayden Wilm with a goal and an assist led the way in the final with Reed Jacobson, Tayor Lind also adding tallies in the final. Chase Coward started in net while Jacob Herman finished the game.
The Broncos did well going into the final game. They won the semi-final vs. Humboldy 4-3 in a tight game. Shots on goal were an even 41-41 with Herman in net. It was an overtime win.  They won on a penalty shot goal during the overtime period by Reed Jacobson.

Score:  Broncos 16 Meadow Lake 3.
Chase Coward in net.  Shots on goal: Broncos 47 M. Lake 20. Note: Wilm had five goals and 4 assists and Riley Dekowny had three goals and three assists.

Score:  Broncos 8 Tisdale 3.
Jacob Herman in net.  Shots on goal: Tisdale 40 Broncos 32.
