Broncos holding activity packed home opener

The Swift Current Broncos Hockey Club will be holding several activities during the Innovation Credit Union/Eagle 94.1 Home Opener on Saturday, September 24th at the Credit Union i-plex when the Broncos open their 2011/12 campaign hosting the Regina Pats.


 
The Broncos will kick start the day with the Ultimate iParty which will be held on the curling rink side at the Credit Union iPlex.  The Ultimate iParty will feature the BIGGEST screen in Swift Current, where fans will be able to watch the Saskatchewan Roughriders game against the BC Lions.  Doors open at 1 p.m. and the game begins at 2 p.m. 

There will be food and beverages, in-game entertainment and activities (Nintendo Wii® station, face painting station, bouncy castle, etc.).  Fans are also encouraged to participate in the “Ultimate iFan contest”.  All fans dressed up in their best Rider/Bronco gear can be entered into the contest and have the chance to win an iPhone 4®.  The top 5 contestants chosen will take part in an intermission promotion at the Bronco home opener following the event.  The Ultimate iParty will also be featuring great prices on food and beverages, including:
·         $3 Beer
·         $2 Hamburger (no cheese)
·         $2 Hot Dog
·         $1 Pop
 
Following the Ultimate iParty, fans will move to the rink to watch the Broncos/Pats contest.  Doors open at 6 p.m.  The Broncos encourage fans to get to their seats early as their will be pre-game player introductions.
 
The Broncos along with Austin’s Courier have teamed together to provide fans with Austin’s Courier Ultimate After Party following the Bronco game.  Every fan (19 years and older) that purchases a ticket to the Broncos/Pats game will be able to enter Austin’s Courier Ultimate After Party for free.  Austin’s Courier Ultimate After Party will feature local product Todd Vallee DJing, refreshments and much more.  Fans attending must be 19 years of age or older.  Tickets will also be available at the door at a price of $10 each.
