Gratifying.

The Swift Current Hurricanes' AA Bantams South Saskatchewan Minor Hockey Midget League was a battle, but they finally got past the Notre Dame Argos.

After trailing for most of the third period, Swift Current Hurricanes' Dalton Menke scored the equalizer with just over a minute left in the game, which set the home team up for their 4-3 victory after Roosen chipped the puck past Argos goalie Ty Sullivan.

The Hurricanes finished in first place in the regular season standings of the South Saskatchewan Minor Hockey Midget League with the Argos in eight spot.

With their 2-1 victory in the best of three playoff series against the Argos, the Hurricanes will advance to the semi-final playoff series against the Lumsden/Bethune Lions.
