Bronco fans from towns and villages around Swift Current can help out their favourite hockey team as well as their own community through a program that promotes the Western Hockey League club in their area.

The Canadian Hockey League in association with the Western Hockey League announced that longtime Swift Current Bronco Head Athletic Trainer, Jamie LeBlanc has been named to the Training Staff for Team WHL at the 2011 Subway Super Series.

The Saskatchewan Fencing Association will hold their Annual Awards Banquet in Saskatoon this weekend, to honour those in the province who have achieved the top rankings in their respective weapon and age divisions.
