Broncos re-assign two players

Swift Current Broncos General Manager and Head Coach, Mark Lamb, has announced that the club has re-assigned goaltender Travis Child and defenceman Max Lajoie.

 

 

Child, will join the Sherwood Park Kings (AMHL).  The 6’1”, 178-pound product of Killam, AB made two pre-season appearances with the team, where he posted a 0.833 save percentage, a 4.00 GAA and a 2-0 record.  He was selected by the Broncos in the 2nd round, 29th overall, of the 2012 WHL Bantam Draft.

 

Lajoie, will join the Calgary Royals (AMHL).  The 6’, 173-pound native of Calgary, AB recorded three assists in seven pre-season games with the Broncos.  He was selected by the Broncos in the 5th round, 95th overall, of the 2012 WHL Bantam Draft.
