Family Fitness Night to be enjoyed Sept. 30

On Sept. 30, there will be a Family Fitness night at the Salvation  Army from 7-9:30 p.m. 
Family members attending will participate in  three different stations of physical fitness – pilates, judo and BodyFit activities.

Redneck Betties split weekend matches in Moose Jaw

On Sept. 17 the Redneck Betties Roller Derby team travelled to Moose Jaw to take part in the Deadly Doubleheader at the Hillcrest Sports Centre. The Betties played a team from Estevan/Weyburn, the Hillbilly Hurt.


Opponents of the Great Plains College SunDogs women’s volleyball team will be dealing with a power surge up the middle, as the team has recruited Brooke Couillard (St. Walburg, Sask.) for the 2011 Prairie Athletic Conference season.
