Abortion issue is still volatile

It is true there is no federal law governing abortion. 


What laws that existed were struck down by the Supreme Court in 1988 for good reason. They violated Section 7 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. MPDavid Anderson believes a woman’s womb belongs to the state and thus can be regulated.
Reasonable people believe that what a woman does to her womb is between her and her doctor and nobody else has the right to interfere with that.
