The phony war on climate change

Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall’s position  and actions on meeting climate change targets are at best a phony war or as he stated ragging the puck.


He liked to boast about Saskatchewan being at the forefront of carbon capture technology. He bragged about the $1.4 billion spent on that program.
Now it appears he is turning his back on it.
Well he did manage to make a few private companies a little richer with $1.4 billion spent. Zero CO2 captured. What if that money had gone towards actually constructing more fleets of wind power? I think his plan all along has been to reintroduce nuclear energy and he has no intent to eliminate coal.
