Brad Wall has publicly endorsed Conservative candidate David Anderson, and publicly endorsed the Conservative Party during elections. His Party has deep Conservative roots.

Anderson donated $350 dollars to Wall ‘s election campaign. Wall is a messenger of the Conservative Party.
Mulcair has a legitimate complaint. Three major companies: Enbridge, TransAlta Corp. and Capital Power Corp cancelled their $1.4-billion carbon capture and storage effort. This was to account for 20 per cent of Alberta’s emissions reductions by 2015. Premier Redford has been forced to sue the Canadian Oil Sands Partnership involving eight corporations for failing to pay the province’s share of the revenue ($100 million) from the Syncrude Royalty Project.
Mulcair wants oil sands development that creates value-added jobs and acceptable environmental standards. A high dollar favours the resource extraction industry and impacts negatively on the manufacturing industry.
When oil prices rise so does the dollar.
