The World’s Largest Truck Convoy for Special Olympics — a unique one-day celebration of the trucking industry and its support for Special Olympics — is coming to Swift Current for the first time.

Special Olympics Saskatchewan officials are excited to announce they have added an additional leg to the Truck Convoy, spreading the fun and increasing awareness throughout more of the beautiful province.
On Sept. 9, join Saskatchewan’s compassionate army of truck drivers as law enforcement officers escort the World’s Largest Truck Convoy down the highway to raise awareness and funds for Special Olympics Saskatchewan athletes and to help change attitudes toward people with intellectual disabilities.
Organizers are looking for trucks to join the Convoy in Swift Current. All types of vehicles, including semi-trucks, truck/trailer combinations, large trucks, lowboys, dump trucks, flatbeds, buses, tow trucks, and large box trucks are welcome. No hazardous materials or over dimensional combinations are allowed. Both individuals and truck companies are encouraged to participate.
