Who: All proceeds support Southwest Crisis Services.
When a child, adult or family experiences violence and abuse, the trauma can be overwhelming. Overcoming this trauma and regaining the confidence to participate in healthy relationships and to thrive in life takes individual courage and determination.
And it also takes the support and guidance of qualified, experienced individuals with a passion for making the lives of those in need a whole lot better.
That’s why our team at Southwest Crisis Services is committed to healthy individuals within safe, peaceful communities.
It’s also why we hold events like our 29th Annual Duck Derby. Just like individuals experiencing crisis need our help, we need your help so we can keep providing services like our Emergency Safe Shelter, our 24/7 Crisis Help Line, Counselling, Group Programming and Prevention Workshops.
Adopting a duck couldn’t be easier, and doing so will make a huge difference in the lives of people in our community who need our support. And what’s more, your duck could make you the lucky winner of an amazing prize package.
