Community support helped the Swift Current SPCA to raise $18,562 during the 4th annual John Mueller Memorial SPCA Radiothon, May 25.

The Swift Current & District Drug Task Force hosted an awards luncheon at the Great Plains College campus on May 25 to recognize the efforts of individuals and organizations to have a positive impact in the community.

The inaugural Pride Week in Swift Current started with a flag raising ceremony that was attended by the Lieutenant Governor of Saskatchewan.

The SaskPower Windscape Kite Festival is back

The 13th Annual SaskPower Windscape Kite Festival will be on June 24-25. This year organizers will welcome back a number of celebrity kite flyers from years past, showcasing their creations and skills. Flying alongside them will be some brand new talent from across the globe.

The  29th Annual Southwest Crisis Services Duck Derby and deadline to purchase 50/50 Raffle tickets is quickly approaching.

Southwest Saskatchewan Pride is proud to announce that Swift Current has installed the first permanent Rainbow Crosswalk in Saskatchewan.

A large variety of artworks by students from across southwest Saskatchewan are currently on display in an exhibition in Swift Current.

Students at the Chinook Alternative Middle Plus School (CAMPS) in Swift Current have an opportunity to give back to the community and to make a difference through the school’s community service program.
