Swift Current Broncos call up Martin

Swift Current Bronco General Manager and Head Coach, Mark Lamb announced March 7 that they have called up Bronco prospect defenceman Brycen Martin.

Swift Current Broncos Ice Kootenay

A goal by Adam Rossignol (8) with less than five minutes to play in the third period lifted the Swift Current Broncos to a 4-3 win over the Kootenay Ice at the Credit Union iplex.

 The Canadian Hockey League today announced that Jon Groenheyde of the Swift Current Broncos is the Vaughn CHL Goaltender of the Week after posting a 1-1-0-0 record including a shutout victory with a goals-against-average of 1.01 and save percentage of .975 for the week ending March 4.

Congratulations to the Cabri mixed curling team who captured the gold medal at the SHSAA provincial curling championships March 3 at Abbey rink.

The Swift Current Broncos put themselves into a position to beat on of the best teams in the WHL Saturday night in Edmonton.

The Swift Current Broncos were on the right side of a shutout Friday night.
