Two people arrested and charged in relation to missing Kincaid man

Two people have appeared in court in relation to the disappearance of Claude Landry of Kincaid.


Gravelbourg RCMP sought the public’s assistance in locating 48-year-old Claude Landry of Kincaid. Landry was last seen in Gravelbourg on July 12. RCMP have not stated if his body has been found but two people have been charged.
On July 21, RCMP arrested 74 year-old Robert Arams of Gravelbourg, SK, in relation to the disappearance of Claude Landry who was reported missing on July 13. Arams has been charged with:
·       First Degree Murder, Sec. 235(1), Criminal Code
·       Indignity to a Body, Sec. 182(b), Criminal Code
He appeared in Regina Provincial Court on July 23.
On July 23, RCMP arrested a second individual in relation to the disappearance of Landry. 42 year-old David Earl Prentice of Lafleche, has been charged with:
·       Indignity to a Body, Sec. 182(b), Criminal Code
He made his first appearance in Regina Provincial Court at 9:30 this morning.
