Fire destroys Prelate landmark

The residents of Prelate are coming to terms with the loss of a prominent landmark in the village of about 120 people.
A fire that started in the early morning Jan. 31 destroyed the grain elevator and resulted in the evacuation of residents from their homes for a few hours.

Please be advised that a temporary disruption to emergency outpatient services has been implemented at the Herbert and District Integrated Healthcare Facility during the following timelines:
