Planning continues for the Southwest Integrated Healthcare Facility in Maple Creek as staff champions and regional management held a series of discussions on October 18-19 and November 2-3. The main focus of these sessions was to discuss the detailed design options for the building. Two additional days to finalize the detail design sessions are scheduled for November 15 and 16.

Only a few weeks after Cabri area residents learned they will be losing their physician, there is a new arrangement between the Cypress Health Region and Dr. Stefanus De Nysschen that will keep him in the community.

Halloween events will help out Swift Current food bank

When the zombies take to the streets of Swift Current this Halloween, they will help to add more food to the shelves of the Salvation Army food bank.

The Swift Current Broncos are rolling up their jersey sleeves and encouraging fans to score big for patients in need. The Broncos have teamed-up with Canadian Blood Services for Life Saving Hat Tricks, an initiative that challenges Broncos faithful to donate blood three times during the hockey season.
