Watch for new Sask. health card renewal stickers

Saskatchewan residents are being urged to keep an eye on their mail box over the next few weeks for an important package containing renewal stickers for their Saskatchewan Health Services Card. The majority of provincial health cards expire on December 31, 2011 and the renewal stickers will validate health cards to December 31, 2014.

Following several months of targeted discussions, the Planning Committee for the proposed integrated health facility in Leader will be presenting the functional plan report to the Cypress Regional Health Authority (CRHA) on September 13th. Members of the Planning Committee will provide a summary of their discussions and efforts over the summer, and will present an overview of the proposed new model of health care for Leader and surrounding communities.
