Although management has now changed hands, it’s business as usual at Vauxhall Airport.

Vauxhall Mayor Gordon Brown, said when town council decided it was no longer in the best interests of the town to manage the airport, that decision became a “bone of contention.

“It’s due for some major upgrades … upset a number of growers in the area,” said Brown. “It’s in a bit of a state of disrepair.”

Regardless, said Brown, the airport will continue to operate just like it has in the past.
