Someone rings doorbell and leaves a dead cat on the doorstep: Vauxhall

Taber/Vauxhall RCMP were called to a residence on 2nd Avenue in Vauxhall on Jan. 6, 2012 at approximately 8:30 p.m.


Complainant advised someone had rang their doorbell and when they went to answer the door they found someone had left a dead Siamese cat on their door step. The home owner does not own this cat and didn't know who it belonged to.

The cat looked as though it had been deceased a while and there were no apparent signs of how it had died. Some youth were found around the area and questioned about the cat but denied any knowledge.
