Military Band to Perform in Medicine Hat, Dunmore and Ralston

CFB SUFFIELD, ALTA - The Band of the Corps of Royal Engineers will be visiting Medicine Hat August 27 to September 4. They will be performing at various venues throughout the city and to the military troops and families of Canadian Forces Base Suffield, British Army Training Unit Suffield and Ralston Village.

	  


They will also be travelling to Cochrane on September 5 to perform at the Labour Day Parade before heading to Calgary to take part in the Spruce Meadows Masters events September 6-11. The public concerts are free of charge.

Tuesday, August 30 - CFB Suffield Junior Ranks Club, for Mess members

Wednesday, August 31 - Ralston School Concert, Students/Parents and Staff

Wednesday, August 31, 6 p.m. - Medicine Hat College, open to the general public

Thursday, September 1, 7 p.m. - Medicine Hat Canadian Legion No. 17, Legion members

Friday, September 2 - Eagle Butte High School, Students/Parents and Staff

Friday, September 2, 7 p.m. - Medicine Hat Esplanade Roof Top, open to the general public (numbers limited)

Sunday, September 4 - Ralston Community Concert, CFB Suffield Military Community and Ralston Village

Monday, September 5, 10 a.m. - Cochrane Labour Day Parade, open to the general public

Tuesday, September 6-11 - Calgary Spruce Meadows Masters, open to the general public


Their final performance in Canada will be on September 13 at CFB Suffield where they will perform 'The Beating Retreat' ceremony for invited dignitaries from Medicine Hat and surrounding areas and for the military community.
