Chief Mountain port of entry closes for season

The Canada Border Services Agency reminds travellers the Chief Mountain port of entry will close for the season effective Friday, Sept. 30, as of 6 p.m.
The port will re-open on May 15, 2012.
This season, more than 95,000 travellers entered Canada at Chief Mountain. Travellers are advised to enter Canada at the nearest port of entry in Carway, Alberta.
