Of all the mediums used in creating art, cans of food don’t likely come to mind, but for the upcoming Canstruction® event, brought to Lethbridge by Associated Engineering, service groups from around the south will use canned food alone to create three-dimensional sculptures and when they’re done, that food will be donated to the Interfaith Food Bank.
