Electrical upgrades coming for city

As the construction season continues to move forward, motorists are advised to watch for highway crews as work continues to improve Saskatchewan's roads.

Continued rainfall and flooding across Southern Saskatchewan has prompted Saskatchewan Watershed Authority (SWA) to offer free testing of private wells which are used as a sources of drinking water and have potentially been impacted by flooding anywhere in the province. As feared, flooding has resulted in contamination of some wells.

Those interested in pursuing a career in early childhood education will be able to receive an education at a reduced cost this January, since Great Plains College will be offering six early childhood education courses at a subsidized rate.
