Here is what happened at southern Alberta’s two busiest border crossings last month:

Motorists are advised that Highway 4 traffic will be detoured south of Lethbridge to accommodate rail crossing repairs.

“Passquatch” has quickly become famous.
The quest for him is in full swing with registered searchers from Alberta, British Columbia and Montana all hot on his trail, determined to win one of the rewards for finding the mountain Sasquatch.

Motorists can expect minor delays and single-lane alternating traffic on four Pincher Creek-area and Crowsnest Pass highways to accommodate paving and side slope repairs.

Car show set to roll April 21 in Fort Macleod

Although last year’s configuration of bad weather and too little time for planning left a lot of car lovers disappointed, such is not the case this year for the Spring Breakout and Show N Shine in Fort Macleod. It will go ahead starting at 10 a.m. April 21, followed by a cabaret that evening.
