Drivers with a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .04 or higher who transport children will face even longer roadside licence suspensions and vehicle seizures under legislation introduced Nov. 2.

Accident near Kindersley leaves one man dead

This morning at 6:55 am, Kindersley and Kerrobert RCMP members were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident, six miles North and 1 mile East of Kindersley, on a grid road.

The Special Areas Board, Town of Oyen and the Palliser Economic Partnership were joined by Iron Horse Energy Services to celebrate the official ground breaking of the Oyen Rail Yard & Logistics Park project today in Oyen.

Recent weather has cooled lake and reservoir water temperatures to such an extent that blue-green algae is no longer a health concern, including in two bodies of water in South Zone, both of which had previously been placed under blue-green algae (cyanobacteria) bloom advisories.
