On July 28, Blenders will be hosting a show in conjunction with this summer's Music Camp at the Lyric Theatre in Swift Current.


Megan Nash, a Canadian singer-songwriter based out of Saskatchewan, will be performing after spending the afternoon with the Music Camp kids, where she will be assisting in teaching as well as sharing her experiences. The concert evening will include performances by the Music Camp participants, Bears in Hazenmore and Megan Nash.
Megan Nash, a Canadian singer songwriter based in rural Saskatchewan.  She combines an honest portrayal of her human experience with a powerful voice to create a moving performance. 
Nash has opened for the likes of Serena Ryder, Amelia Curran, The Heartbroken, and Del Barber. She has toured the majority of Canada including the Northwest Territories. Nash's country background in evident in her current style but her songs are heavily influenced by artists such as Neko Case and Stevie Nicks.  
 She has showcased at Folk Alliance 2015, Organization of Saskatchewan Arts Council, and as part of JUNOfest 2013. She has been a two time nominee for the Prairie Dog's Best Solo Act and was named Moose Jaw's Best Celebrity in 2014 and Best Local Artist in 2015 by the Moose Jaw Times Herald readers.
Drawing heavy on the vastness of the prairies, her rural roots are apparent in her carefully crafted songs.
Concert goes Thursday, July 28 at the Lyric Theatre. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. Music goes at 8:30 p.m. Adults $25; youth $15.
