Hear ye, hear ye! The Lyric Theatre doth proclaim two evenings of Medieval delights on the ides of November!

Like an industrious peasant after a day spent toiling the fields, imbibe the ales and ciders of yore in a rustic tavern setting or feast like royalty on Cornish hen, roasted piglet and sumptuous dessert.
Don’t miss the Lyric Theatre’s latest imaginative and decadent Taste It and Showcase events. The theatre will be transformed into a Middle Ages dining hall, where delicious foods and drink of the era will be served in a Medieval style (except we’ll probably let you have a napkin!).
The Ale and Cider Taste It on November 15 is $10 admission, $2 for a 4 oz sample of each of the ales or ciders, and $5 for plate of munchies.  Sponsored by Stark and Marsh.
The Medieval Showcase on November 16 is $50 a seat and will feature a sumptuous five-course meal by the incredibly talented chef, Doug Lam. Sponsored by Bridal Construction, Husky Car and Truck Stop, Kal Tire & Pioneer Co-op.
As always, fantastic local talent will provide suitable entertainment, including mandolin, juggling, magic tricks and a satirical Shakespearean performance.
Don’t miss the best culinary event of this season! Get your tickets now. Call Marshall at 773-6292, or visit for more information.
