When Rosebud Theatre actors Royal Sproule, Jordan Cutbill and Aaron Krogman formed their own production company, they could not have guessed a chance meeting with someone from Scandia, Alta. would result in a plethora of award nominations in their inaugural year in operation.

Medicine Hat native Jeff Kubik is happy to be on stage performing as a stand-up comic, but moreso sketch comedy with the Calgary-based group he co-founded Kaboom Hooray.

Central School hits Telemiracle stage

February was a busy month with Centennial events and fundraising for Telemiracle.

Swift Current band The Midnight Roses’ popularity exploded in 2013. They were everywhere: Regina Folk Festival, local concerts, major tours. The group’s notoriety flourished.

Swift Current Centennial Homecoming organizers are inviting performing artists of all kinds to make submissions to take part in upcoming Swift Current Centennial celebrations:
