Southwest Stories’ premiere quickly approaches

Over 40 hours of footage, 250 gigabytes plus of videos, 20,000 kilometres on their vehicle and dozens of communities to visit.

For the first time in over 20 years, the original 'urban cowboy', Mickey Gilley, will be in concert in Canada in March of 2015!  

Hailey, Darian, Lara, Jesse, Daryl, and Eva Folks are excited about a new CD they are getting for Christmas — a CD they can call their own — literally.

Medicine Hat Public Library and the NFB Film Club present Joyeux Noel (PG) followed by the National Film Board short film From Naughty to Nice on Dec. 14 at 2 p.m. in the Medicine Hat Public Library Theatre.

One of the best known Christmas stories of all times have been adapted for a contemporary audience in an upcoming production by Swift Current Comprehensive High School drama students.

Steve Bell to perform in Lethbridge Dec. 4

After 25 years, 17 albums, and multiple major music awards, Winnipeg singer/songwriter Steve Bell just released his most ambitious project to date. Part new and part commemorative, a four-disc project known collectively as Pilgrimage was released this fall, during a 31-stop tour across Canada.

Swift Current is in for a major treat.
