Musicians celebrate anniversary in style

After a first year of many highlights for the Southwest Chapter of the Saskatchewan Country Music Association (SCMA), musicians from across the province added another one when they took to the Lyric Theatre stage on Jan. 7 for an anniversary show.

Smoke Gets in Your Eyes, Only You, I’ll Be Seeing You and many more chart-topping hits from a treasured era gone by will be performed at the Empress Theatre by two acts who know how to wow an audience and fill a theatre.

Raymond High School annual show a success

The Raymond High School Choir’s annual spring show was a blooming success the week of April 2-7.
This year’s show was “That’s When the Music Takes Me.”
Janet Drew, a parent and volunteer of the show said it was a success.
